DELEGATED AUTHORITY
MCDATSIC's Delegated Authority involves transferring the powers and functions held by the Chief Executive of Child Safety (Director-General) under the Child Protection Act 1000 to the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of an appropriate Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community controlled (ACCO) entity for a specific child.
